COURSE DETAILS
Class structure
Classes are 60 minutes in length. After we’ve warmed you up, we do a mixture of cardiovascular, strength training, muscular endurance and flexibility exercises. This involves participating in various obstacle courses, mixed with running and stationary exercises, some of which involve light weights (5-10lbs). We target every muscle group to give you (and your dog) a full-body work out. We end with a cool down and stretch.
And if you are with your dog, her or she will be by your side at all times!
Initial Consultation
All humans and pets must complete an initial consultation. This helps us safely determine your fitness level and provides an informative screening of your dog to ensure that it is healthy and safe to participate in the class. It also prepares you for what to expect from our exercise class.
A certified Personal Trainer will complete your health questionnaire and a quick fitness test. If you are signing up with your canine partner, our certified dog behavioral expert will test your dog’s obedience skills, confidence and socialization skills, interaction, health and physical ability, and temperament.
Your initial consultation costs only $15 (without a dog) or $29 (with a dog), and if you choose to sign up with us, this fee will go toward your package. You can sign up there and then, or if you need time think about your decision, that’s fine too! Just call us when you’re ready. If you decide the class is not for you (or your dog), you will at least have received a thorough and informative evaluation, and we’ll respect your decision – no questions asked!
When you sign up, you will receive your welcome pack which includes exercise safety tips for you and your dog, along with some useful health and nutritional information, and interesting references.
All bookings must be made in advance. Please email us or call us now to book your initial consultation: 1-800-535-0272.Graduation
