We conduct specialized low impact group fitness for older adults. If you are aged 65 or over, we welcome you to join us. Our classes focus on strength training and movement for healthy and safe daily activities, and include the use of hand weights, an elastic tube and chair, combining low-impact aerobics with light weight training and stretching.
Our class ensures you maintain a productive routine that involves getting out regularly and interacting with other adults with similar health interests.
